Antique Ceramic Bread or Cake Plate with Pretty Rose Transfer Print Design

This is a lovely original ceramic antique bread plate from the Victorian era, made by one of the Staffordshire potteries.

The ironstone plate has a deep relief-moulded rim and is underglaze transfer-printed with a dainty floral design on a green and white background

The plate is in good condition, a couple of nicks to the rim and some wear and scratches to the green, with surface glaze scratching from use; it is unmarked as was common.

It measures 26.5cm across
