Shows crest for Penecuik in Midlothian, Scotland. The crest has a little bit of wear to the hand painted finish on the left of the red shield - see photos for details

Slight irregularity to the make means it is not truly round! See photos

Makers mark to base is quite faded - see photos

No chips or cracks, very collectible little antique item
