Antique Pewter and Porcelain Oriental Scene Plate / Dish with Pierced Rim Design

Antique porcelain and (possibly) pewter dish with pierced metal rim (which could be pewter but I am not a metal expert!)
Charming oriental scene transfer printed onto the ceramic insert in the middle of this decorative item
The picture is a little worn and there is oxidisation and tarnishing to the metal, otherwise in good condition, please see photos
Measures 25.5cms diameter and is 4.2cms high
