Antique Pine Butcher’s Fat Paddle / Mallet / Bat / Small Thick Board with Handle - Rare Kitchenalia

Here is an unusually hard to find butcher's fat paddle. The fat paddle serves as both a meat tenderiser for large cuts, or can be used to cut small bread or fruits, or as a small cheese board. Ideal for cutting lemons and limes for the gin and tonic!

Has been sanded back at some point in its history. Some splits to the wood.

Measures 37cms long, 12cms wide and 5cms deep
