Antique Victorian Doulton Lambeth stoneware salt glazed bottle stamped 'W. G. NIXEY 12 Soho Square LONDON'.

This bottle would have originally contained either an eggshell enamel called 'Berlin Black' or a black varnish.

Bottle stands 19cm high. The base is 7.5 cm in diameter. Good condition especially considering its age, with one chip to the base and an unglazed spot on the rim
