The Boots Museum Heritage Collection Plates made by Edwardian Fine China for the Boots company

Plate 1 dates from 1992 and features a map showing towns where Boots, Cash Chemists had branches in 1896 and images of the frontage of each shop. Words on the back in script describing the history of the chain

Plate 2 dates from 1993 and features images of the drug and printing department and images around the rim of the items they manufactured. On the back in script is a description of the reasons and history behind Jesse Boot making his own stock

Both plates are in excellent condition, the gilt detailing is crisp and they appear almost unused. Both measure 27.5cms diameter and 1.5cms deep
