A vintage Crown Devon Cries of London lidded square shaped canister or china tea caddy. Produced by the pottery of S. Fielding & Co., Ltd., Staffordshire, England, under Crown Devon, ‘Cries of London’ is part of Crown Devon’s commemorative and souvenir series. Canister is painted with imagery of Victorian London. Thought to have been produced between 1945 and 1965. Mark to the base used post 1930.

2.5" W x 4.25" H x 2.5" D

Has age crazing to the glaze and scuffs and marks to the base. No chips or cracks. See photos for details as they form part of the description.

A charming little old item, very collectible

Due to the hand made nature of this piece, the lid moves and is not snug
