Art Deco style Grafton Saucers made by A. B. Jones in their "Basford" pattern

A B Jones were a porcelain & earthenware manufacturer at Grafton Works, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, England

The design has sweeping tree over a landscape of bushes and flowers. Oranges, yellows, fauns and green on a cream background. Finished with gilt trim.

The back stamp dates the set to between 1935 and 1949 and was made by A,B.Jones at Grafton works, Longton, England.

Generally in lovely vintage condition, with no cracks, or crazing and virtually no wear to the gilt trim. One saucer has a chip to the underside of the rim and this is pictured. When you run your finger around the rims there are a very few little nibbles to the touch
