Pair of French Pewter and Porcelain Floral Design Plates

Pair of antique porcelain and (possibly) pewter dish with scalloped metal rim (which I believe is pewter but I am not a metal expert!)
Tow charming floral designs transfer printed onto the ceramic insert in the middle of these decorative items
There is surface scratching to the plates and there is oxidisation and tarnishing to the metal, otherwise in good condition, please see photos
Measures 26cms diameter and is 2.5cms high
