Pair of Vintage Royal Kendall Fine Bone China Tea Trios / Pedestal Cup / Saucer / Cake Plate / Blue Flowers / Gilt Edge

This pair of pretty tea trios would add that special touch to your tea time or tea party!

This set was made by Royal Kendall, of Staffordshire, England. The set consists of two pedestal tea cups and two matching saucers and two cake/dessert/side plates.

The set was made of English bone china. The pieces were made with a slight ruffle to the rims and smooth sides. The tea cup stands on a pedestal base.

The pieces were coated in white glaze. A pattern of blue flowers with green leaves on a pale pink background was applied to the pieces. The pieces all have matching patterns with a larger bouquet on one side and a smaller spray of flowers on the other. Gold lines were hand painted on the rims as well as along the side of the handles.

On the underside of both pieces is the Royal Kendall backstamp.

The teacup measures 3 1/4" across, 4 1/4" from the handle to the rim and stands 3" tall. The saucer measures 5 1/2" across and stands 3/4" tall. The plate measures 6" across and stands 1/2" tall.

There are no chips or cracks or to any of the pieces. There is no loss to the glazes, colors, patterns but there is some wear to the gold trims. Light surface scratches from use
