Price Kensington Retro Phoenician Wood Effect Design 15 Piece Coffee Set

A complete coffee set of six cups and saucers with creamer, sugar bowl and coffee pot

This was produced by Price Kensington circa 1960/70. The pattern is called Phoenician and appears as a woody bark effect pattern in warm brown, cream & tan colours. The pot and cups are further enhanced by a gentle ribbed embossed feel, reminiscent of wood.

In good vintage condition. It has been used, but there are no chips or cracks, some glaze crazing in places

Coffee cups x4 - height 9.5cms

Saucers x4 - diameter 14.5cms
Milk Jug x1 - height 9.5cms
Sugar Bowl x1 - 6cm high
Coffee Pot x1 - 22cm high and 13cm handle to spout

The maker's backstamp on the base of each piece.

A truly great set from yesteryear and a must for an avid collector of anything retro.
