Lidded paté, jam or conserve pot from the Holkham Pottery at Holkham Hall in Norfolk.

Dating from the 1970s this stoneware pot has a lovely woodland green glaze on the lid and feature street sellers or hawkers from the Elizabethan era - a man selling rabbits, a lady selling cherries, second hand clothes, the fish seller, the lamplighter, a sword seller and a rather risque lady with a mask.

In lovely vintage condition with no chips or cracks, has glaze crazing. Marked to the base 'Holkham England'
