Silver plated vintage teapot

Lots of surface scratching and some limescale - looks like someone has taken a scourer to it!

Unusual item, I cannot find out much about Steencraft at all. Seems to be made in New Zealand?

The bottom of the handle has come unsoldered from the body of the teapot

Measures 5" high, base is 2.5" diameter
